Dua masalah 'rapi & bisa dipahami agent':
1. references/agent-integration.md (1880 baris) 100% pre-#195. Di-link dari SKILL.md, tapi 0 mention
--check/umbrella. Header fabrikasi ('57 CLI commands · 55 MCP tools'). Setiap section pakai command drop (query/init/detect/watch/trace/secrets/a11y/entrypoints/refactor-safe) + skema JSON command yang sudah tak ada. Agent yang ikuti →invalid choicedi mana-mana.Rewrite (1880→~190 baris): model 12 umbrella, mekanik integrasi nyata (subprocess/Node/Python/MCP, timeout, error-recovery, parallel-safe, edge cases), graph_model API diverifikasi ada (find_nodes_by_name/query_callers/query_callees/graph_tables_populated/graph_stats). Katalog command TIDAK diduplikasi — nunjuk ke SKILL.md (source of truth) supaya tak drift lagi (inilah yang bikin file ini basi).
2. update!/ (10 file analisis kompetitif, ~17rb baris) orphan di root. Noise untuk agent yang browse repo. Dipindah ke
docs/research/(history preserved via rename) + README menjelaskan ini research internal, bukan product doc/roadmap.Verifikasi
